The Administrative Complex Dhat El-Imad enjoys an economic, esthetic and architectural significance due to its unique location and its beautiful overlooking to the coast extending all along the Great Jamahiriya from Ras Jedir in the West to Al-Salloum town eastwards, embracing the Mediterranean Sea.

Such achievement and meritorious work is seen as a tributary of development bestowal and welfare for backing up the humanitarian work assumed by the World Islamic Call Organisation, which undertook to build and set up the Administrative Complex “Dhat El-Imad” in the heart and momentum and impetus of modern constructions.

The contract for building this project was signed on the 7th of Shaaban corresponding to the 19th May 1983.
