Consist of Management Committee Undertakes all powers and functions committed thereto by the decision of Board establishment and amendments thereof. Secretariat of the Management Committee of the Board and Maintenance. 1-Secretary of the Board: Assumes exercising all powers and functions in accordance with the legislations and regulations applicable in the Board.
2-Department of Maintenance: Carries on the duties and obligations of maintenance necessary to be given to the properties under the board, based on the results outcoming form the regular and periodical inspection made by highly qualified personnel distributed all over the sites of the administrative Complex “Dhat El Imad” and the rest of buildings falling within the supervision of the Board or through the notices received from tenants. Maintenance is made according to the priority from the most important to the important and so on ……………, for all the sites, equipment, appliances and machinery including the necessary maintenance for civil, sanitary, electrical and mechanical works and installations. 3-Department of Operation and Technical Follow-up: The department operates and control the desalination plant as well as running and supervise on the coolers system, central heating, carry out periodical, emergency and on-call maintenance for each part thereof and all other works relating to operation of equipment and machinery, maintenance thereof and facilitation of their use in a manner ensuring continuity and lasting function. There are, within the Complex, various workshop for central system, recently installed and fitted out with all tools and equipment required by technicians for carrying out their work and in sufficient quality for all works altogether. It is worth mentioning to state that the Administrative Complex "Dhat El Imad" comprises, in addition to its five towers, important vital facilities, envisaged from the start such as conference halls for the holding international and local conventions and conferences, symposiums, delivery of lectures and celebrations. It is observed that in all halls and auditoriums, there are ample spaces for setting up of different fairs and expos whether national or international, which consist in: - The Upper Lobby: for setting up of exhibition. Rental rate: (LD 750.000) only seven hundred and fifty Libyan Dinars per day.
- Lower Lobby: for also setting up of exhibition. The Rental is specified at (LD 1,000.000) one thousand Libyan Dinars per day.
As for the halls within the Complex, they include: - Main meeting room, takes 500 seats made of high quality leather and fitted with sound system and interpretation system for various languages with the highest quality.
The rental rate amount to (LD 2,800.000) two thousand and eight hundred Dinars per day. - Meeting room, capacity 200 seats, fitted with sound system. Rental rate: (LD 1000.000) one thousand Libyan Dinars per day.
- Three minor room, capacity (25 seats) Rental: (LD 250.000) two hundred and fifty Libyan Dinars per each room per day.
